Logging guide

How to log red light therapy sessions

A repeatable session log makes your notes easier to compare, export, and remember.

A simple session template

  1. Choose the body area or routine name.
  2. Record the device and wavelength setting.
  3. Set duration and distance before starting.
  4. Capture a before score and an after score using the same scale each time.
  5. Add notes about setup, comfort, timing, or anything that may affect the session.

Keep the scale consistent

If you use a 0 to 10 score, keep the meaning stable. Do not switch between pain, stiffness, mood, and energy without naming what you are scoring. A messy scale makes the log harder to interpret later.

Export before you clear browser data

The tracker stores entries in this browser. If you clear site data, use private browsing, switch devices, or reset the browser, local entries may be removed. Export CSV or PDF when you want a copy you control.
