Why consistency is worth tracking
Red light routines are easy to forget because the details are small: date, body area, duration, wavelength, distance, and setup. A tracker keeps those details visible so you can review your routine instead of guessing from memory.
The goal is not to diagnose or prove a medical outcome. The goal is to keep a clean personal journal that makes your routine easier to repeat and discuss with a qualified clinician when needed.
What to log each time
- Date and approximate time of session.
- Body area or routine name.
- Device, wavelength, distance, and duration.
- Comfort score before and after.
- Notes about setup, sitting tolerance, sleep, activity, or anything unusual.
How to review patterns
Look for consistency first: total minutes, missed days, and whether your setup changed. If your notes show severe, persistent, worsening, or unexplained symptoms, stop guessing and seek medical care.
