Consistency guide

Red light therapy tracker for consistency

A simple tracker helps you remember what you did, when you did it, and what changed afterward.

Why consistency is worth tracking

Red light routines are easy to forget because the details are small: date, body area, duration, wavelength, distance, and setup. A tracker keeps those details visible so you can review your routine instead of guessing from memory.

The goal is not to diagnose or prove a medical outcome. The goal is to keep a clean personal journal that makes your routine easier to repeat and discuss with a qualified clinician when needed.

What to log each time

  • Date and approximate time of session.
  • Body area or routine name.
  • Device, wavelength, distance, and duration.
  • Comfort score before and after.
  • Notes about setup, sitting tolerance, sleep, activity, or anything unusual.

How to review patterns

Look for consistency first: total minutes, missed days, and whether your setup changed. If your notes show severe, persistent, worsening, or unexplained symptoms, stop guessing and seek medical care.
