You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, for any reason. Email support@magpiestudios.app within 14 days of the purchase date and we will issue a full refund of the license fee, including any sales tax or VAT collected at checkout.

Refund requests are typically approved within 1–2 business days. Once approved, the refund is issued by our payment processor and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Nothing in this policy limits the statutory consumer rights you may have under EU or UK law, including the right of withdrawal for digital purchases. At checkout, you may be asked to consent to immediate delivery of the Software and to waive the EU/UK withdrawal right; this consent is required by EU law for instant-download digital products. Even where the statutory withdrawal right is waived, the 14-day refund window above still applies.
If you experience an issue with MacJanitor, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks incur fees and processing overhead for both parties; in almost every case, a refund request via email is faster and easier for you.
